  • 1/2 cup mineral water
  • 1 tbsp hemp protein powder hemp
  • 2 cups green apples unpeeled
  • 2 cups spinach stalks removed
  • 1 cup cucumber unpeeled
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves fresh
  • 4 tbsp lime juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives


  • Mix together the mineral water and hemp protein before adding the juices to the same glass.
  • Juice together the apples and spinach, then the cucumber and mint, then finish with the lime juice. Stir the juice well between each new ingredient.
  • Drink immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
