  • Stove


  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups Tinkyada elbow or shells pasta cooked
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp parsley fresh, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1/8 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper to taste


  • In a large skillet, heat garlic in 2 tbsp of water for 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and warm through. Season to taste.
  • Drain and Rinse the pasta with cold water
  • Add pasta to ingredients in the large skillet with ingredients and mix well
