- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 1 1/3 cups soy milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 6 slices banana fresh
- Mix together the porridge oats, salt and soy milk in a small saucepan over high heat; bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until porridge is thickened.
- Transfer to a bowl then top with banana slices and enjoy.
