  • Blender or Food Processor


  • 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp agave nectar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/8 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper to taste


  • In a blender or food processor, blend together vinegar, lime juice, raspberry preserves, mustard, and agave until a smooth consistency.
  • Drizzle in olive oil slowly and continue to blend on high speed until olive oil emulsifies.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
