Ingredients
- 4 cups red cabbage chopped
- 1/8 tsp sea salt to taste
- 2 cups pineapple cubed
- 2 tbsp apple juice no added sugar or preservatives
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the chopped cabbage and salt and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes. Add in the pineapple.
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Pour over the cabbage mixture and mix well.
