Ingredients
- 15 oz chickpeas can, drained
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2/3 cup roasted red peppers chopped
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
Instructions
- Warm oven to 450 degrees.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the whole red peppers. Bake for 30 minutes turning over once.
- Once the peppers have cooled, remove the skin.
- Place all into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
