Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz chickpeas can, drained
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2/3 cup roasted red peppers chopped
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Warm oven to 450 degrees.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the whole red peppers. Bake for 30 minutes turning over once.
  • Once the peppers have cooled, remove the skin.
  • Place all into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
