  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Pine Nuts
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 pound Fresh Asparagus ends cut


  • Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Lightly oil the baking sheet
  • Arrange the asparagus on the baking sheet drizzle with oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Sprinkle pine nuts and the garlic on the asparagus
  • Cook for about 10 minutes until tender
  • Place asparagus on a serving plate and drizzle lemon juice and serve
