Roasted Cauliflower with Capers and Lemon

The lemon and capers together give a great taste to the cauliflower.

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Cauliflower cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper


  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet and set aside
  • Cut the cauliflower into 1/2-inch pieces
  • Place cut pieces of cauliflower on baking sheet
  • Drizzle with oil olive and salt and pepper to taste
  • Roast the cauliflower on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes
  • Turn the cauliflower over and cook for 5 more minutes
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice and capers and serve
