Ingredients
  

  • 28 oz plum tomatoes canned, diced, fire roasted
  • 1 cup plum tomatoes fresh, seeded, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp green chili canned, diced
  • 1 tbsp jalapeno pepper canned, diced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp agave
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano dried

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  • Serve with a assortment of dishes. Enjoy!
