- Food Processor
- 28 oz plum tomatoes canned, diced, fire roasted
- 1 cup plum tomatoes fresh, seeded, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp green chili canned, diced
- 1 tbsp jalapeno pepper canned, diced
- 2 tbsp lime juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp agave
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano dried
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Serve with a assortment of dishes. Enjoy!
