Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 8 oz Linguine plant-based, break into thirds
- 9 oz Baby Spinach
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 3/4 cup Tahini
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 3 tbsp Mellow White Miso Paste
- 3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Using the food processor add the lemon juice, tahini, garlic, miso paste, cayenne, and water and process until smooth and set aside
- Add the linguine to a large saucepan of boiling water with a pinch of salt stir occasionally and cook for 10 minutes
- Add the spinach ad stir for about 1 minute until spinach is wilted
- Drain the water and return to the pot
- Add the sesame oil and the tahini sauce toss and mix well
- Transfer the mixture to 9-inch deep-dish pan
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds to the top and cook for about 20 minutes or golden brown, and serve
