Spinach Noodle Pie with Sesame

  • Food Processor


  • 1 cup Water
  • 8 oz Linguine plant-based, break into thirds
  • 9 oz Baby Spinach
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 3/4 cup Tahini
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 3 tbsp Mellow White Miso Paste
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice


  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Using the food processor add the lemon juice, tahini, garlic, miso paste, cayenne, and water and process until smooth and set aside
  • Add the linguine to a large saucepan of boiling water with a pinch of salt stir occasionally and cook for 10 minutes
  • Add the spinach ad stir for about 1 minute until spinach is wilted
  • Drain the water and return to the pot
  • Add the sesame oil and the tahini sauce toss and mix well
  • Transfer the mixture to 9-inch deep-dish pan
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds to the top and cook for about 20 minutes or golden brown, and serve
