Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Low Sodium NO SODIUM BENZOATE
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger minced
- 1 pound Fresh Asparagus ends cut, cut into 1-inch sections
- 1 tsp Grapeseed Oil
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Using a large skillet heat the grapeseed oil on medium heat
- Add the asparagus a stir-fry for about 2 minutes
- Add garlic and ginger stir-fry for about 1 minute
- Cover and cook for about 3 minutes until the asparagus is tender
