Stir-fried Asparagus with Sesame

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Low Sodium NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger minced
  • 1 pound Fresh Asparagus ends cut, cut into 1-inch sections
  • 1 tsp Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions
 

  • Using a large skillet heat the grapeseed oil on medium heat
  • Add the asparagus a stir-fry for about 2 minutes
  • Add garlic and ginger stir-fry for about 1 minute
  • Cover and cook for about 3 minutes until the asparagus is tender
