- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 tbsp garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper fresh cracked
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well.
- Add water if consistency is too thick.
- Serve with your favorite falafel's or as a drizzle over steamed veggies.
Keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
