  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup Thai basil
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup tarragon
  • 1 tbsp ginger root unpeeled
  • 3 cups cucumbers unpeeled
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper


  • Mix together the mint, basil, cilantro, tarragon, ginger, and cucumber before pushing through the juicer to allow for easier juicing. Do not leave the herbs until the end or it will clog your juicer.
  • Mix in the lemon juice and cayenne to finish.
  • Drink immediately or pour into a airtight container and place in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
