Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup banana fresh, sliced
  • 1 cup mango frozen, chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen, chunks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup hemp milk unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp date syrup
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients into a blender then pulse until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Enjoy!
