Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour wheat, no bleached flour
  • 3/4 cup soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Earth Balance butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Using a non stick pan, melt butter over medium high heat.
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and stir.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, spreading out to cover the entire bottom. Cook for approximately 1 minute, or until set, then flip carefully with a spatula or your fingers. Cook for another minute and transfer to a plate.
