Ingredients
- 1 cup flour wheat, no bleached flour
- 3/4 cup soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Earth Balance butter melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Using a non stick pan, melt butter over medium high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and stir.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, spreading out to cover the entire bottom. Cook for approximately 1 minute, or until set, then flip carefully with a spatula or your fingers. Cook for another minute and transfer to a plate.
