  • 2 cups watermelon rind removed, seedless
  • 1 cup carrot peeled
  • 1 tbsp ginger root fresh, unpeeled
  • 1/4 cup honeydew melon rind removed, seeded
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper


  • Juice together the watermelon and carrots, then the ginger and honeydew. Finish by adding the lemon juice then sprinkling with the cayenne pepper.
  • Drink immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
