Watermelon Weight Loss Juice
- 2 cups watermelon rind removed, seedless
- 1 cup carrot peeled
- 1 tbsp ginger root fresh, unpeeled
- 1/4 cup honeydew melon rind removed, seeded
- 4 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Juice together the watermelon and carrots, then the ginger and honeydew. Finish by adding the lemon juice then sprinkling with the cayenne pepper.
- Drink immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
