Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup onion minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cup mushrooms minced
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp ginger fresh, minced
  • 4 cups cabbage chopped
  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cubes Homemade Bouillon *see recipe link
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1 tsp soy sauce low sodium, NO SODIUM BENZOATE

Instructions
 

  • Add everything except sesame, sriracha and soy sauce to your slow cooker. Stir well to make sure everything is incorporated.
  • Cook for 8 hours on low; stirring once an hour to make sure nothing sticks to the bottom of the cooker.
  • Before serving, add sesame, sriracha and soy sauce. Enjoy!
