Chia Pudding with Toasted Almonds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups cherries pitted, quartered
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almonds toasted
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon ground
- Mix the chia seeds together with the almond milk; stir again after 30 min after chia begins to thicken.
- Put it into the fridge over night. Before you serve the pudding add the cherries, toasted almonds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon across the top.
Tip: Use soy milk milk as a easy substitute or even a spoonful of ground flax seeds.
