Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder no aluminum
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1 cup all-purpose flour non bleached
- 1 tbsp flaxseed ground
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup no additives
- 1 cup oat milk unsweetened, original
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
Instructions
- Mix 1 tbsp ground flaxseed with 3 tbsp warm water in a small bowl, mix good and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Lightly oil muffin pan.
- Using a large mixing bowl stir in all ingredients.
- Mix well, and place into muffin tins.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool for a couple minutes.
