  • 2 tsp carrots diced
  • 2 tbsp black beans cooked and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp green peas cooked
  • 2 tbsp red bell peppers uncooked, diced
  • 2 tbsp yellow bell peppers uncooked, diced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli steamed, chopped
  • 1 tbsp red onion minched
  • 2 cups brown rice cooked


  • Cook the 2 cups of brown rice as per package instructions.
  • Steam broccoli and place inside around the serving bowl onto of the brown rice.
  • Add cooked blacked beans to center.
  • Add cooked peas and carrots as per the picture.
  • Add uncooked red onions and red and yellow bell peppers as per the picture.
