Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup baby spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup baby kale chopped
  • 1/4 cup arugula diced small pieces
  • 1/4 cup beets diced small pieces
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced small pieces
  • 2 tbsp edamame
  • 1/4 cup carrots diced small pieces
  • 1/4 cup celery diced small pieces
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries low sugar
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds no shells

Instructions
 

  • Dice up carrots, arugula, beets, red bell peppers, and celery.
  • Chop baby spinach and baby kale.
  • Add all ingredients into bowl and mix.
  • Top with the dressing and serve.
