Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 3 Green Onions minced
  • 8 oz Tofu firm
  • 3 cups Brown Rice cooked
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger grated
  • 5 Shitake Mushroom caps gently rinse
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Low Sodium NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion minced
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Grapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut shitake mushrooms into 1/4 inch strips
  • Heat a small saucepan with salted water to a boil
  • Add edamame cook 10 minutes until tender
  • Drain and set aside
  • Using a large skillet heat oil in a medium heat
  • Add onion, cover and cook until the onion is softened about 5 minutes
  • Add the shitake mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes left uncovered
  • Add in green onions, ginger, tofu, soy sauce stirring while adding items cook 5 minutes
  • Add the edamame whiling stirring, cook for 5 minutes
  • Split the rice into 4 bowls top with the cooked ingredients, and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds and serve
