Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 3/4 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup figs dried, diced
- 1/2 cup almonds sliced
- 3 tbsp date syrup
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
- 2 cups almond milk unsweetened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pour the water into a medium sized pot then bring to a boil over high heat.
- Stir in all of the other ingredients then reduce heat to medium.
- Cook and stir for 6 to 7 minutes or until oatmeal is thick and creamy. Serve in individual bowls. Enjoy!
