Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz tofu silken, drained, cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp date sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor then pulse until smooth.
  • Transfer to a lidded airtight container and place in the fridge until ready to use.

Notes

Keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
