  • Food Processor


  • 12 oz silken tofu block
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp vinegar apple cider or white
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil


  • Place all ingredients, except the oil, in the food processor and blend until smooth.
  • On the highest speed, slowly add the oil a few droplets at a time until creamy.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Mixture will thicken as it cools.
