  • 1 Blender


  • 1 cup mango diced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup cranberries whole frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1 orange large, no rind, pectin, or seeds
  • 1 grapefruit large, no rind, pectin, or seeds
  • 10 red grapes whole, seedless


  • Place all ingredients in 24oz blender cup.
  • Add filtered water to fill the 24oz blender cup.
  • Blend and serve.
