Ingredients
  

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
  • 2 oranges sectioned
  • 1/3 cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/8 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, gently toss together the lettuce, mint, oranges, and walnuts.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the lettuce mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
