Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
- 2 oranges sectioned
- 1/3 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/8 tsp salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently toss together the lettuce, mint, oranges, and walnuts.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the lettuce mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
