  • Food Processor or Blender


  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 block firm tofu well pressed
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • In a medium pan, saut√© onions and garlic approximately 4 minutes, until they are soft. Remove from stove and allow to slightly cool.
  • Place the tofu and the onions and garlic into the food processor or blender and blend until onions are minced and tofu is almost smooth.
  • By hand, add the remaining ingredients and mash together. Enjoy!
