  • 2 cups Peas frozen
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion minced
  • 1/2 cup Carrots diced
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds


  • 1/4 cup Plant-based Mayo NO ADDITIVES !!!!!Click on Link!!!!
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1 tsp Agave
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper


  • Mix peas, carrots, onion, and sunflower seeds in a medium-sized bowl.
  • In a separate bowl mix all dressing ingredients until blended
  • Pour dressing over peas and carrots and add salt and pepper, mix and serve
