  • 4 pita no bleached flour
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning ***Click on Italian Seasoning Recipe link
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper deseeded, finely diced
  • 8 black olives sliced
  • 8 cherry tomato sliced
  • 1 cup cheese plant-based, divided


  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place the pitas on a lined baking pan and divide the tomato sauce among them. Sprinkle all the pieces with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; then with a 1/4 cup of plant-based cheese on each.
  • Divide the toppings among the pitas and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until pitas are golden and toppings are soft. Serve while still warm. Enjoy!


Serve with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, olive oil, or our Ranch Dip.
