Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour whole wheat, no bleached flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder Bob's Red Mill, No aluminum
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp Earth Balance butter
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk original, NO SODIUM BENZOATE

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Fold the butter into the dry ingredients using a fork until crumbly.
  • Slowly add the soy milk a few tablespoons at a time and mix until a dough forms. (You may not need the entire 2/3 cups of milk).
  • On a floured surface, knead the dough and then roll out the dough to a 3/4 inch thick. Cut into 3 inch rounds.
  • Place dough rounds on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly brown.
