This is a great tasting enchiladas sauce without the bad preservatives!

Ingredients
  

  • 28 oz tomatoes crushed
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp oregano ground
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper ground

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  • Pulse until smooth while scrapping down the sides occasionally to make sure everything is incorporated.
  • Use as is wherever enchilada sauce is called for or section and freeze for individual meals. Enjoy!
