  • Stove


  • 6 cup vegetable broth *** Click on vegetable broth link for the recipe.
  • 3 stalks celery diced fine
  • 1 15ozCan lentils rinse and drain
  • 1 15ozCan butter beans rinse and drain
  • 1 cup green beans cut and diced
  • 1 cup peas frozen ok
  • 1 cup carrots diced frozen ok


  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • Place vegtable broth soup pot.
  • Add all ingredients.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
