  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1/2 banana thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp raisins


  • Spread the peanut butter on the center of the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon and raisins on top of the peanut butter.
  • Heat the tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, then roll the tortilla up and enjoy.
