Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup plant-based mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast optional
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce to taste, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sauce pan over low heat, whisk together all ingredients until a smooth consistency. Serve immediately.

Notes

This sauce isn't just for breakfast!  Serve with fresh cauliflower or cooked broccoli!
