  • 1 tortilla wrap whole wheat, No preservatives
  • 3 tbsp hummus
  • 1/3 cup quinoa cooked
  • 1 roasted bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no added sugar or preservatives
  • 2 tsp vinaigrette dressing


  • Microwave the tortilla until warmed. Spread a layer of the hummus on the tortilla, then fill with quinoa, roasted bell pepper and sprouts. Drizzle the lemon juice and dressing and wrap.
