- Blender or Food Processor
- 1 cup Healthy Homemade Mayonnaise see recipe link
- 1/4 cup soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- tbsp fresh scallions chopped
- Combine all ingredients except the scallions in the blender or food processor. Blend until a smooth consistency.
- By hand, stir in scallions until well mixed. Serve.
