  • Food Processor


  • 14 oz jackfruit canned, drained
  • 2 sheets nori roughly torn
  • 2 tbsp healthy homemade mayonnaise ***Click on healthy homemade mayonnaise link for recipe
  • 2 tsp vinegar apple cider
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic minced


  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixture turns flaky. Enjoy!


Serves well with or on a salad, or in between two slices of whole wheat bread.
