  • Large mixing bowl


  • 1 15oz can chickpeas drained, rinsed, NO PRESERVATIVES
  • 1 15oz can lentils drained, rinsed, NO PRESERVATIVES
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 3/4 cup red onion diced small
  • 3/4 cup plant-based mayo
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp dill weed dried


  • Place drained and rinsed chickpeas and lentils in large mixing bowl.
  • Add onions, celery, plant-based mayo, dijon mustard, dill weed, sea salt, celery salt, black pepper.
  • Mix together and serve.
